A Vegan experience

In deciding to give a hand in making a vegan cake, I chose the classic chocolate vegan recipe for my first attempt. At least you can't go too wrong with the taste of chocolate🍫

Substituting milk and eggs with soya milk and nuts, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. My wrong perception of no cow milk & eggs in a cake being unpalatable resides in my mind. I was very curious to see this would work though to make a decent vegan cake. With a little guide & help , i start to get a better understanding on how these replacement ingredients work.

I was pleasantly surprised when it all piece together to produce a lovely looking and definitely great tasting chocolate cake😇
