The humble chiffon cake

The humble chiffon cake drives the imagination on what can possibly be done . It only takes a 💡with a dare and the commitment to try to explore. Many books have been written on it, featuring complex flavours and designs. I always marvel at people coming up with creative ideas, making new twist in shapes and colours.😃

I always enjoy the chiffon cake for its simple fluffy texture. Overtime I experimented with many flavours and designs. Sometime it works , sometimes it doesn’t . Nevertheless , it still forms as a great tea time topic to go with 🍵🍰

Now as I am writing about it , I started to have some craving for it. I decided to do one coffee chiffon cake for the family . Everyone decided to take a bite of it even before I manage to take a 🎥 of it. ✌️
