What a 2 week it has been!!! Been busy like a beešāāļøšāāļøšāāļø. Must have bake some 30 cakes and some 200 macarons among others. Nevertheless, it has been a wonderful and exhilarating experienceš. Many thanks and appreciation for those who have supported me on one way or another. I could not complete this journey without you.š
The time pressure and the need to dress up each cake was mind bogglingš. Want to ensure that each cake comes out at its best and with it, each decoration to complement it uniquely . For each cake marks someone special occasion, failure is not an optionš¤It need to look the part and taste the part.
